Update: The new booking site is here! Schedule and manage your appointments online.

Amazingly, I have been in business for myself for a year. Can you believe it? Me neither. Many thanks to my family, friends, clients, newsletter subscribers, the 6 AM crew at CrossFit Big Dane, and everyone else who has helped me on this journey.

This guy is a year old, too!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, here’s a whole bunch of new stuff. First, I have added an appointment slot to my schedule on Tuesday afternoons. My appointment times are:

  • Monday 12 PM and 2 PM
  • Tuesday 2 PM
  • Wednesday 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM+ (may start as late as 5:30 PM)
  • Friday 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM+ (may start as late as 5:30 PM)
  • Saturday 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM

Second, my booking site is changing, effective December 1. The page has my new availability, and you will be able to schedule and change appointments, update your contact information, all the things you expect from online scheduling. I’m mostly making the change because my current solution is too glitchy, and is focused on keeping both me and my clients tied to their systems.

I will be making the transition over the course of the month, and the site will go live on December 1. Established clients will not have to re-enter their information (though they will have to sign a new waiver and create a login). I will announce the site URL when I have enough client and schedule data transferred so people can poke around without double booking.

Third, prices for new clients will be increasing to $130 per 90 minute session effective December 1. Series prices will increase to $995 for the 8-Series, $625 for the 5-Series, and $375 for the 3-Series. Notice that I said prices for new clients are going to increase. If you are an established client whose last appointment was between June 1 and November 30, or you schedule your next appointment by November 30, you remain at the current rate. If, after December 1, you go more than 6 months between appointments, you will increase to the new rate. Simple, right? Send me an email or call me if you’re unclear on this point.

Finally, I’m very excited to announce that I am carrying the full line of Yoga Tune-Up Therapy Balls, as well as Jill Miller’s book, The Roll Model, and Dr. Kelly Starrett’s Becoming a Supple Leopard, 2nd Ed. It’s very unclear how much guidance the State of Wisconsin allows me to give you for self-care and at-home stretches and exercises. With these great tools and resources, you can start tackling things on your own, without me demonstrating on the floor after a session.

Year 2 is off to a great start, and I have a few other fun announcements coming soon. Can’t wait to see what the second year is going to bring.
